ZIG has stayed a small company through 25+ years of building, intentionally, so we can give individual customers our full attention through every stage of the process:

• guiding and reviewing all decisions you are making with our suppliers and contractors, to maximize your time and budget

• meeting with you on site before, during and after completion

ZIG is a small volume, full service new construction builder.  We like a blank slate for a true custom home but can also work from your blueprints.  

Either way, we listen and treat you with respect, giving you realistic estimates up front, work alongside you during the design process and get to a contract of real costs.We maintain flexibility during the construction stage, allowing for changes that make sense and minimize the cost to you, which leads to a better, more individualized finished product. 

ZIG is a skillful remodeling company of medium to large scale additions and remodeling projects.  We welcome challenges, that is why we have done lake/river properties on tight lots, including tear downs and difficult terrain. 

We listen and partner with you to find the sweet spot of making your vision a reality based on your wants vs. needs while giving options to stay within your budget. This can be done with a phased approach:  remodeling existing, adding on, along with plans for future enhancements.
