ZIG will educate our customers on realistic expectations, working through their needs and wants and look to maximize their construction experience.
ZIG looks to include our customers as part of the collaborative process, listening to their vision and translating it into a successful finished product. We will do this by giving a preliminary cost range up front for the scope of the project, working closely with the design and costs, offering cost effective options when necessary to minimize the cost of change orders while recognizing the ability to be flexible during the process.
ZIG will communicate through all available mediums: in-person, text, emails, phone calls so the customer is current on progress and costs.
ZIG will apply the “Golden Rule” when partnering with our customers and our subcontractors. This fair treatment for all aims to respect everyone involved to ensure long lasting relationships.
